  1. Cari istri sholehah yang kelak akan menjadi partner anda dalam mendidik anak
  2. Tegakkan amar ma'ruf dan nahi mungkar kepada anak meskipun masih kecil
  3. Jauhkan dari musik dan tontonan yang merusak
  4. Tanamkan aqidah dan tauhid kepada anak
  5. Perkenalkan kepada anak siapa ahlu sholah dan siapa ahlu maksiat
  6. Orang tua harus mnjadi contoh anak
  7. Orang tua ketika amar ma'ruf dan nahi mungkar harus ada rasa tega diri mereka kepada anak-anak, Contohnya ketika mmerintahkan belajar,banyak orang tua yang tidak tega. Ingat, Emas tidak akan jadi mulianya dan berharga kecuali setelah penempaan yang luar biasa.
  8. Tentukan jadwal anak seketat mungkin, kapan belajar, makan, mandi, bermain, dan orangtua harus istiqomah dan jangan di remehkan dan di langgar
  9. Jangan terlalu memperdulikan perkataan orang dalam mendidik anak kita, tetap istiqomah dan fokus pada tujuan yang ingin dicapai.
  10. Merkipun ada Ketegasan dalam mendidik, orang tua juga harus tetap mempelihatkan Kelembutan kepada anak
