9 Janji Joko Widodo Ketika Pemilu Presiden 2014

Berikut ini 9 buah janji Joko Widodo menjelang pemilihan presiden 2014, yang disampaikan di Hotel Holiday Inn Bandung pada tanggal 3 Juli 2014.

Bisnis.com, BANDUNG –  Menjelang pilpres 2014 yang hanya tinggal enam hari lagi, pasangan Joko Widodo-Jusuf Kalla (Jokowi-JK) menegaskan 9 Program Nyata kepada masyarakat. Hal itu disampaikan oleh pasangan tersebut di Hotel Holiday Bandung Jawa Barat, Kamis (3/7/2014).
“Jika kami terpilih sebagai Presiden dan Wakil Presiden Republik Indonesia, kami berkomitmen untuk menjalankan program-program nyata,” kata Jokowi membacakan 9 programnya.
Berikut sembilan poin dalam 9 Program Nyata Jokowi-JK tersebut:
  1. Meningkatkan profesionalisme, menaikkan gaji dan kesejahteraan PNS, TNI dan Polri secara bertahap selama lima tahun. Program renumerasi PNS akan dituntaskan di tingkat pusat dan diperluas sampai level daerah.
  2. Mensejahterakan desa dengan cara mengalokasikan dana desa rata-rata Rp1,4 miliar per desa dalam bentuk program bantuan khusus dan menjadikan perangkat desa jadi PNS secara bertahap.
  3. Meningkatkan anggaran penanggulangan kemiskinan termasuk memberi subsidi Rp1 juta per bulan untuk keluarga pra sejahtera sepanjang pertumbuhan ekonomi di atas 7%.
  4. Program kepemilikan tanah pertanian untuk 4,5 juta kepala keluarga. Pembangunan/perbaikan irigasi di 3 juta ha sawah. Pembangunan 25 bendungan, 1 juta ha lahan pertanian baru di luar jawa dan pendirian bank petani dan UMKM serta penguatan Bulog.
  5. Perbaikan 5.000 pasar tradisional dan membangun pusat pelelangan, penyimpanan dan pengolahan ikan.
  6. Menurunkan pengangguran dengan menciptakan 10 juta lapangan kerja baru selama lima tahun. Bantuan dana Rp10 juta per tahun untuk UMKM/koperasi. Mendorong, memperkuat dan mempromosikan industri kreatif dan digital sebagai salah satu upaya mempercepat laju pertumbuhan ekonomi.
  7. Layanan kesehatan gratis rawat inap/rawat jalan dengan Kartu Indonesia Sehat, 6.000 puskesmas dengan fasilitas rawat inap serta air bersih untuk seluruh rakyat.
  8. Membantu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pesantren guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan nasional. Meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru-guru pesantren sebagai bagian komponen pendidik bangsa.
  9. Mewujudkan pendidikan seluruh warga negara termasuk anak petani, nelayan, butuh termasuk difabel dan elemen masyarakat lain melalui Kartu Indonesia Pintar.
